Was all the schooling worth it?
My plan is to get some kind of degree in Psychology. I may even go as far as a PhD I'm still not sure. I want to join the FBI and study criminal behavior. Analyze behavior and predict violent criminal's next moves to catch them.

Loved my time in school. Took longer than most, but the network, the friends, the mentors, the tutors, instructors, ALL of the experience worth it.
Shop college, find scholarships, find jobs you can learn from, volunteer, intern, go for life. WORTH IT

Zoe, certainly the schooling is worth it, on its own merits and as a necessity to reach your goals. And if you're already considering a PhD, it's pretty clear that you do value education and what it can bring. Your current goal may have been influenced by television shows and may change, or it may not, only time will tell, but the study of psychology is fascinating and offers many career possibilities. In my case, going to grad school for Education made my forty three years as a teacher, school administrator and teacher educator possible, so of course it was worth it.

Something like what The Townsend Institute offers might be interesting to you (https://www.cui.edu/townsend) and if you can get something like one of their programs, I would tend to say the education is very worth it based on a combination of the right quality education and also the price.
