Hi There,
Great Question, I know If you have an F-1 visa, you can do an internship using Curricular Practical Training (CPT) as your work permit. But remember, your internship must be connected to your degree, and you should have finished at least two full-time semesters.

With an F-1 visa, you have the exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience through an internship. This is made possible through the Curricular Practical Training, also known as CPT. This program allows you to work in a field directly related to your degree, enriching your educational journey. Just remember, you'll need to complete at least two full-time semesters first. This is a fantastic way to apply what you've learned and get a head start on your career!

Hi Shambavi,
You definitely can do an internship on a visa! You should just mention to your employer your status so that they can work with you to find a solution!
