Hi Keila.
I love this question. You have gotten some feedback that is helpful. I would tell you about what I do - I try something new! I am nosy and like to learn about things that I do not know. How does that happen in real world? I travel a lot to new places, even new locations within driving distance. I do things that I have never done before. Last week, I went tubing for the first time. It was amazing how much creative thoughts moved through my mind as I just relaxed on this slow moving river. I also read books about topics that I don't know, especially around history of countries I visit. A few years ago, I started taking dance lessons which totally helped me be more creative at work.
