Mafalda’s Answer

Hello,

Throughout my academic journey, I've always preferred scheduling my classes in the morning. This approach allowed me to either relax or study during the afternoons, depending on my exam schedule. My day would typically begin with a cup of coffee, followed by a quick catch-up with friends before heading to our first lecture.

Group projects were a common part of our curriculum, and we often found ourselves gathering in the cafeteria or any available rooms. These spaces offered us the freedom to discuss our work without disturbing others.

Interestingly, my university was situated right next to a beach. However, I must admit that I didn't utilize this perk as much as I could have. The highlight of my university life was the weekly barbecues organized by the institution. These events, coupled with late-night study sessions that often turned into friendly gatherings, made my university experience truly memorable.

If I were to offer you some advice, it would be this: Make it a point to attend your classes and pay close attention to the lectures. By doing so, you'll have a comprehensive set of notes ready by the time your exams roll around, reducing the amount of last-minute cramming you'll need to do.

I hope you find this insight useful!

Best Wishes,
Mafalda

Hi Brandon,
If you are interested in the day of a life of a specific college, I would recommend looking it up on youtube. A lot of times people post about their daily lives in college and it can give you a more accurate insight to what life can look like at a specific college.

Aisha’s Answer

Hi Brandon,

In contrast to the rigid routine of high school, a college day offers more flexibility. There's no fixed timetable for classes, and every day could be unique based on how you arrange your schedule. You might have a single class on some days, while on others, you could have four back-to-back.

Take care,
