I work for a global business consulting company with over 700,000 employees for the past 30 years. There is stress that I need to deal with, and over the years, I have become better at coping with it. Before I continue, I want you to know that all jobs are stressful at times, and so is just daily life.
When I was young, I would run from the task or procrastinate to avoid stress, which only added to the stress level. I also would tell myself, I can't handle this; I don't have the skills, and then indeed avoid doing it, which added stress. I would also turn to time-wasting activities such as watching TV, overeating, and drinking; none reduced my stress level.
For the last 20 years, I have genuinely trusted that my team and I can do everything that comes my way, and I don't worry about it and believe in myself. This was all done by trusting in Jesus Christ and increasing my faith in him and his Holy Roman Catholic Church. This says that no matter your belief, you need to turn to that higher power, let go, and trust.
PS. I still get stressed, but now I don't turn to things that add more stress but to the One who Is.

Yes at times, When you're immersed in an activity you truly love, the concept of "stress" simply fades away. So, chase your dreams and choose a career that resonates with you, one that makes you feel connected and engaged. Your passion will fuel your performance, allowing you to excel without the burden of stress.
However, it's important to remember that life can sometimes throw curveballs your way. When you find yourself in a challenging situation, remember that time is a great healer. This is the moment when your core instincts should spring into action. Stay calm, maintain your focus, and give it your all!
