Not sure why you are looking for D2 and above, but here is a list of the options, broken down by sports they offer:

St. Thomas and Concordia are private and religious, the others public. Which of these would be a good fit for you really depends on who you are and what interests you have (and if you are thinking sports, the specifics of that, like how much time you are willing to spend on the bench).

The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities is an excellent value for a Minnesota resident and offers almost any field of study you might want, if you can stomach (or enjoy) living in the big city and have the grades to be admitted. Some of the Minnesota State schools are known more for their party environments than their educational opportunities, but others offer extremely solid educational programs.
