Hello, Syeda !
I am so happy to know that you are planning to go for your Masters Degree and would like to share some advice. I only suggest one college for you, but picking a college is something you will discover by visiting more than one campus, reading about various colleges in the region you wish to attend college in.
One of the colleges you may want to explore is the American University International in Bangladesh. You can get a Masters degree (an MDS) in Development Studies. This will prepare you to work in the non-profit sector. You will do course work as well as research while in the Masters program. It will prepare you to be a researcher, work in a university, media or in non-profit organizations. The college is located at 408/1 (Old KA 66/1), Kuratoli, Khilkhet, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh and I will leave their e-mail address and website address in links below. For additional possible colleges, do a search on line to see if there may be any other colleges offering this program that you would consider attending.
If you think that you may want to take any online courses towards your Masters Degree, explore the Bangladesh Education Article Website which has information that you can read about general on line Masters programs. I have provided a link to it below.
In the U.S., the major one would take for a Masters would be Non-Profit Management. I am sure that whichever major or college you choose will be one that will give you the advanced experience that you'll need to have a successful career. You will have to decide where to go and how to do your Masters degree, though. You're in a good position to have the four years experience already working in non-profit.
I hope that this information helps you start exploring colleges and majors and I wish you all the best moving forward !
