Princeton University offers a large number of programs in different subjects, but it does not have a law school Karin .
Law school rankings are only important to look at when beginning the application process as they can help you decide whether or not the school is worth applying to and whether you have the right application statistics to be a competitive candidate. In general, the higher-ranking school, have the highest LSAT and GPA median scores for accepting students, and some of the most exclusive acceptance rates. As an example of the top three ranking law schools, HARVARD, YALE and STANFORD law schools are traditionally within the top 3 in the country.
Karin choose a law school that has the best internships and extracurricular experiences directly related to your field in which you want to go in. A good experience can elevate your employment candidacy and help you gain the exposure and skills necessary to land your dream job without attending a high-ranking school. While all students graduate with the same JD, having this experience can differentiate your resume from other students.
I hope this is helpful Karin

Divina,
I would frame the question as: what is the best law school for YOU? It will be a school where you can work hard, get a good education, feel comfortable, make friends, grow, explore, and hopefully not graduate with too much student loans. It might mean picking a school closer to home, or maybe further from home. It could mean selecting a school that gives you a scholarship or a paid internship, or a public school in your state where the tuition is lower. It could also mean a school where you can go part-time, or at night, so that you can work and help to cover your costs.
I didn't go to a top law school - most lawyers don't. I went to a law school that was best for me at the time (based on my grades, location, cost, and how I felt about the school after a visit), and I have had a wonderful career.
Good luck to you!

Hi Divina,
You find the international rankings of law school according to the Times Higher Education Supplement here:
https://www.timeshighereducation.com/student/best-universities/best-universities-law-degrees
And the ranking according to the US News here:
https://www.usnews.com/best-graduate-schools/top-law-schools/law-rankings?_sort=my_rankings-asc
Actually, I don't think Princeton has a law school. Or rather, they have law faculty but no graduate program for law.
I hope this helps. Come back if you have more question. Good luck!

Divina,
Princeton does not have a law school, but it would be an excellent undergrad school to attend.
The best way to select a law school is by determining what type of law you want to practice. Different law schools have different areas of law that they are respected for and are known to have the best programs available.
I would tell you to determine which law school you attend by seeing the national rankings for law programs in the area you wish to practice.
I went to Lewis and Clark school of law because they had the second best environmental law program in the nation and the best West of the Mississippi River.
I hope that is helpful and best of luck.
