1 What is the Hardest grade in Education :
Every grade has some level of difficulty, but in todays national education environment students have too many educators and activists pushing a variety of agendas that have nothing to do with the actual subject matter at hand. These interferences range from Sex, Politics, Religion, Racism, sudo sciences, atop of a few others.
Focus only on the subject matter and when you master that, you master all your studies. There is no diploma for Distraction Awareness. Focus on your studies only and graduate well rounded candidate for life in general.
2 How many time we should learn units ?
Define Units?
3 Why we should go College?
One does need to go to college to be successful or generate a small fortune, as many successful people make millions without it. Many graduates get jobs and pay off student loans for 20 to 30 years atop of credit established during their college years. So college is your choice based on what it is you feel you would enjoy waking up for the rest of your life to do. Yes, Mom wants a doctor and dad wants a lawyer, but what do you want to do?
(Ponder well my friend, because when you're old enough to look back (20 to 30 yrs), you should be happy you made that decision. Stand silent & visualize yourself in that future moment thinking about the career decision you made and what it has brought to you. Remember that you are not the job! You are the captain of your life journey yes & one job leads to another job, adventure, situation, family. influence etc.)
How can we find our Favorite jobs or job؟
Again, see above? Financially free people don't have favorite jobs, they have clients. Find opportunities that you will enjoy doing and help others move forward.
How can we get good marks??
Trick Question? Study! Research! Hang with people who are also focused on their futures. Stay clear of party animals. Most end up broke when older. Pay your dues now for a better life later, because the future has a whole bunch more years to conquer. Better to conquer in style.
Read John C Maxwell books on leadership. As a JMT Coach & Trainer myself, that info will align you to stay on point.

Hello Iran. Hope the responses below will help you ---
- Hardest subject: Math is always challenging for me. I still get good grades in the subject but it takes me twice as long to study it compared to other subjects.
- Why go to college: I believe that your college degree gives you more options and opens more doors for you. What you do with your degree once you have it is all up to you but it is definitely a good starting point. I have friends who are in careers completely different from their college degrees. There are also those in careers where a college degree is not required (and yet they have one). I also have friends who did not go to college or went but did not finish their degrees. There are those who are in the same field now as what they studied in college. I studied Psychology in college, Industrial Relations post graduate, and I'm now in consulting. Whenever we get together one thing is clear, our college degrees have have given us more options as we decide what we want to do with our lives.
- Finding your favorite job: There are a lot of factors to consider here -- sometimes you find the job that you love immediately, sometimes it's about learning to love the job that you have now. If you're in a position of power, sometimes it also about whether you can design the job and how you design it so it becomes your favorite. It can also be multiple favorites -- like you love Job A because of the money, Job B because of the people you work/ed with, Job C because of the learning/trainings you get / got -- it will be ideal if one job has it all! No matter what, always give your best in your job, favorite or not. Remember, your job is your stage, always deliver your best performance.
- How to get good marks: Study well and study smart. Develop good study habits right from the start. Don't cram! Acknowledge immediately if you need help and don't hesitate to ask for support -- from your teachers, family, friends, etc. I am never shy in asking questions or saying if I don't understand something. Ask as sometimes that's the only way for people to know what you need.
All the best Iran!
