How can you manage your time in college?

I'm asking this because college can take up a lot of your personal time. Like will there be a lot of homework everyday for every subject? There will be deadlines around the same time so what can you do to turn it in on time.

Everyone nowadays plays multiple roles. It is important to manage time effectively. You can consider use some apps /software to list down below:
1. assignments
2. deadline
3. how much time you estimate to complete the assignment (better with buffer)

Then, you can use scheduling apps/software to allocate the time everyday to attend classes, your homework, extra curricular activities and your social activities. Suggest you put down those mandatory activities (e.g. classes) and big tasks (if some projects requires a lot of time to complete) first and then fit in the small items in the gap.

Hope this help!

College can be very overwhelming, however it is all about time management! I love reading books I find on Amazon about managing time or just look up articles.
1. Make a plan-make good habits and routine
2. Write in planner or write down a list
3. Beginning of each week maybe on Sunday nights or Mondays see what your schedule is for assignments
4. See when the project is due then set yourself daily goals to complete them each day, maybe spend an hour on one project then take a break and work on the other one. Depending on your schedule, maybe work on homework mondays and thursdays then take breaks the other days
5. Set up 'me' time, relax, meditate, read, play sports, spend time with friends and family, facetime them-do what makes YOU happy so you don't feel overworked. Our brain can only handle so much so it's important to refresh it and not load it with work work work

Give yourself enough time to complete the tasks so you are not procrastinating, also make sure to sleep well, drink water and eat well.

You have to set a routine for yourself and stick to it for the most part. Once you get into the groove of a routine it will be much easier for you to manage your time and have enough time for everything you need to do (including relaxing). Make yourself to-do lists on a weekly basis, use Google calendar or a planner to keep track of events, deadlines, and due dates. In addition to setting a routine and sticking to it, plan out relaxing activities into your day. Or set aside a time, after everything is done for the day, that you can have "me" time. I have also personally found it essential to not only find time for myself but also make use of that time in a way that is best for me and my holistic wellness. I have found the HeadSpace app to be an essential tool in helping me relax and generally feel more relaxed throughout the day, Guided meditation, even if you have a busy schedule, will make you feel more at ease and relaxed throughout the day as a whole (not just when you have the time to relax and focus on that "me" time).
