Good concern
Tha pay differs from state to state but averaging from $35-$60.
However with specialization and years of experience one can make more than that as travel nurses do.

Health Promotion: Registered nurses promote health through preventive measures such as vaccinations, screenings, and health education.
Leadership: In some settings, registered nurses may take on leadership roles by supervising other healthcare staff or managing healthcare units.
These duties may vary depending on the specific work environment, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or community health organizations.
