Do you have a flexible schedule and free time. And how do you have any vacation time.?

I get burned out easily so breaks can be helpful for me

Time away from the business is very important, in addition to being able to take sick time as well as personal time. When hired you start accruing paid time off from day one at a rate of 15 days (120 hours/3 weeks) per year, after 3 years of service it increases to 20 days (160 hours/4 weeks) per year accrued.

Hi Jafferson! The work-life balance is of an extreme importance amongst most of the people, and it becomes more and more important. My advise could be in the following directions:
1. Try to develop such a set of skills, which are the hottest on the market and keep yourself always up to date in terms of skills- learning is a never ending story.
2. Search for a role (either as an employee or as a self-employed) where you are going to be measured and paid based on the outcome produced, within the required timeline and as per the required conditions.
It would most probably not happen immediately and it would take some year(s), but you should be following your direction and goals.
3. Read carefully the company missions, goals etc and make sure that you are applying to those which would be suitable for you , as this is a key.
And last. It not least- there is no unique advise, so you should be finding what’s best for you on your own and fine tune it as per your preferences.
