How can I get an internship in my field

I am looking for internships for Food Scientists but all I can find are companies looking for experienced scientists. #internships #foodscience

You can also reach out to companies' HR departments and see if they are offering internships. Your professors should also have good connections with local companies to get connected with.

Internships are very important because they give us the opportunity to experience the what the job would truly be like. When applying for internships it's a very good idea to reach out to your current professor for personal recommendations and insight. Applying online is a great source as well
