Time management and prioritizing the tasks is the key. Start by creating a detialed time table for the day and follow it religiously. I am sure this will help.

Having both research labs and classes at the same time is similar to how life will always be! We always have more than one thing going on at a time. I recommend making schedules for yourself and prioritizing different things based on importance and deadline. You should know what you're doing each day, but I'd make sure to look further out if possible. The further ahead you plan for things, the less stressful it will be when they come. If you have a test that you would usually study for about 3 days before, but you have a lot of labs/research those days, maybe you start studying 6 days out.
