Is becoming a lawyer harder for an undocumented person that wants to reach government levels?
I'm asking due to the fact it includes laws, and there's discrimination.

Being undocumented in general will make your life a lot more challenging, not just academically. There are probably people who earned their law degrees and are practicing despite being undocumented, but I am not aware of any in government positions. I have heard that sometimes government agencies will hire individuals as contractors to avoid complications with legal status, but I don't know of that actually happening. I think the pathway to being a lawyer will be complicated enough without adding the stress of being undocumented, and I would encourage anyone looking to go to law school in the US to pursue legal status if at all possible. Good luck with your journey!
