What are some easy jobs to have during college?
I'm not the richest man or the most well connected man, but I do intend to pursue a higher education so I want some guidance as to what I can do to earn money that wont take too much time out of my education. #college-jobs #money #money-management

I had several jobs throughout my college years but will say that working as a waitress / server provided me with flexible hours and easy pocket money, as majority of your earnings are through tips you collect during each shift. I also learned about customer service and the ability to deal with people. This is a great way to meet new people and learn how to work as a team given a restaurant can be a very fast paced and demanding environment.

Hello Moises,
I think it is always ideal to find a paid internship related to your major/field of study. Not only an internship could help you earn valuable work experience related to your major while getting paid, it could also potentially land you a full-time job at the end of your internship. Since most internships are open to students with minimal/no work experience, I suggest you give it a try!
Speaking from experience, I also think being a peer tutor is a good idea. When I was working on campus as a peer tutor, I get paid by tutoring students in classes that I have already taken and performed well on. It is definitely a very rewarding job and I find myself constantly learning more about the materials/communication skills everyday! During down times, I was able to study/do homework too.
Some of the part time jobs I know that allow flexibility are: Library Front Desk Worker, University Book Store Employee, Teaching Assistant, Recreation/Fitness Center Employee etc.
I hope this helps! Good Luck!
