Jason,
Here's a golden nugget of advice for maintaining respect among your colleagues at work - it all boils down to personal communication. Mastering the art of truly listening to others, valuing their views, and acknowledging their emotions can be a game changer. It's easy to fall into the trap of believing we have all the answers or that our way is the only right way. However, I've found that this mindset often hinders the growth of fruitful, enduring relationships.
Wishing you the best!

Jason: You should always be respectful to others - especially in tough situations! Sometimes you have to bite your tongue and remember - being respectful makes you the better person! Never - ever - stoop to their level. Always be true to yourself!

When I am in a tough situation and want to be respectful to peers - I work to understand the other person's perspective. Understanding where others are coming from can help you learn and have empathy for others.
