Rafael’s Answer

The time it takes to become a therapist after college can vary. Typically, it involves completing a graduate degree, gaining clinical experience, and obtaining a license. On average, it can take around 6 to 10 years or more, depending on the specific requirements and your chosen path. It's important to research the licensing requirements in your area to get a better idea of the timeline. Remember, it's important to prioritize your own limits and well-being while helping others.

Lacy’s Answer

Typically, you would get a bachelor's degree (4 years) and a master's degree (2 years), and then you work post-graduation toward your license to get enough supervised client hours for your state (usually 2000-3000), which can take a couple of years or more.
