You will need to graduate with a four-year undergraduate degree before you can apply to law school in the US. You cannot transfer into a law program while you are still in an undergraduate program. If you like your school, then stay there to finish your degree, and investigate what law schools are of interest and available to you; your academic counselor should be able to point you in the right direction. If you are not happy at your school, see your academic counselor anyway- they want to see you succeed and can help you identify if there is a particular issue you are having at the school that can be corrected, or if transferring is really the solution you are seeking. Good luck!
