Hello Bryana,
You can get an undergraduate degree in Pedagogy (Education) in order to understand the processes involved in teaching and student learning; development activities and pedagogical projects; theories of child development; didactic and teaching practices.
Upon completion of your degree course in the field of Education, seek a specialization in school administration. This course will enable you to understand and practice of managing a school; development of curricula and school programs; development of evaluations and academic tests.
If you want to work with diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disorders and learning difficulties, make a post graduate degree in psychopedagogy.
