What career options are there for people interested in pure math?
I am not sure what I want my career to be. My biggest area of interest is for math. I have no interest in applied math, but I am very passionate about pure math. Aside from academia, what fields could I go into with this passion? #careers

You may want to consider a career in actuarial science. Insurance companies have actuaries who work in things such as setting premium rates, determining mortality rates (for life insurance) setting up financial reserves and assisting with information required for a company's financial reporting. I am not sure if this would be considered "pure math" but it may be an option that you want to explore.
