Luca, the most rewarding career is the one that makes you feel happy at the same time you are contributing to make the world a better place, and get paid an income that helps you live the way you want to. This can be in any career. Some people, like me, don't find their true calling until they have tried out several areas. So to cut down on the time, find the answer to these 4 questions:
What you are good at (Purpose)?
What you can get paid for (Profit)?
What the world needs (Problems)?
What you love (Passion)?
The answers to these questions will probably change as you go through different stages in your life, but at this point in time, the answers to these questions will help you narrow down what will be a fulfilling career for you in the near future.

The nursing profession presents a plethora of career trajectories that can be immensely gratifying. You could consider becoming a nurse educator, researcher, or practitioner, or even explore leadership positions such as a nurse administrator or director of nursing. Each of these roles empowers you to significantly influence patient care, foster the progress of healthcare practices, and guide teams in delivering top-notch services. The most satisfying nursing career is one where you find both professional and personal fulfillment, knowing your work is making a positive difference in people's lives.

Everyone is different. My answer is to do what you love and or are good at. You don’t want to feel like it’s work or just about making a living. Do something you would do for free and become the best at that. Then you will be successful and make a great living.
