Haider, no one can tell you which specialty to pursue but you. For example, I can tell you to go into geriatric care since Americans are living longer or pediatric/obgyn care since babies are born every day. However, if you have no interest in issues dealing with seniors or children, you would not enjoy being a doctor.
I suggest doing some research on the many medical specialties. Then, look at your personality and interests, as well as the 20-year outlook for the specialties. Then, from there, you should be able to match yourself with one or two specialties. For example, if you like a fast-paced environment, then an ER doctor might be a good fit for you.

Becoming a doctor is a buildable goal. Just getting the foundations down is going to take you 4 years of college. Then it is on to medical school. During your 4 years in college, you will be subject to many different career paths. Build on those experiences and see what interests you. As you start medical school you will have a better view on the specific direction you really want to take.
I do challenge you to look into holistic (eastern) medicines as well as the traditional medical path. I realize prevention goes against the capitalistic medicine we have in America, but our country needs to change it's way of thinking. Big pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies should not govern our doctors and the medical care they can provide a patient. Doctors that strike that balance between both are hard to find or are forced to work outside of the insurance industry because their services are not covered.

Dear Haidar, it is a good idea to build you future from now and think about a specific profession, but unfortunately, this is not how things are going on in the medical field. First you need to finish medical school to become M.D, then finish few USMLE exams if you are in the USA (exams are different for each country), and off course your will go to the specialty that you like when to get highest scores, but still need to work with different specialist to give you a letter of recommendation and get more experience in that specialty, if get low score you going to apply for different programs, and you should accept what available to be in the health system, sometimes you need to spend 1-3 years in specialty that you never imagine yourself in, and sometimes you going that and continue with it forgetting what you were planning for, so my advice to you at this point is to focus on finishing medical school, and in last years of medical school try to stick to specialist in branch that you like, and always remember to check for medical field and market requirement, which is going to be your major lead
