How do I get enough experience to determine a specialty in veterinary medicine?

It can be a broad field of study and I would like to know of internships or other methods to determine what I want to specialize in.

Assuming you are applying to vet school. Prior to graduation, you’ll be able to apply to externships at numerous facilities. That may be a good place to start. In school you’ll be exposed to different specialties. Before graduation, you’ll apply to internships (if you wish). Once accepted, you’ll be exposed again to specialties. This will the time to decide. Hope that helps.
