What are ways to time manage effiecently in this generation's fast pace society?

Now a days teens become very busy or very lazy. Teenagers, such as myself, pile things on top of themselves. For example, as a senior, I have a job, dual enrollment, an online class, other sports and clubs, and my high school classes. Putting this much responsibility on myself pushed me to my limit. I stayed up late everynight and sometimes still do. I want to find ways to manage my time that actually help myself and others for the future.

Once you get into the groove of a routine it will be much easier for you to manage your time and have enough time for everything you need to do (including relaxing). Make yourself to-do lists on a weekly basis, use Google calendar or a planner to keep track of events, deadlines, and due dates. In addition to setting a routine and sticking to it, plan out relaxing activities into your day. Or set aside a time, after everything is done for the day, that you can have "me" time. I have also personally found it essential to not only find time for myself but also make use of that time in a way that is best for me and my holistic wellness. I have found the HeadSpace app to be an essential tool in helping me relax and generally feel more relaxed throughout the day, Guided meditation, even if you have a busy schedule, will make you feel more at ease and relaxed throughout the day as a whole (not just when you have the time to relax and focus on that "me" time).</span>

One of the biggest time-saving tips is learning to say "no". Make sure that you're not doing too many activities; it sounds like you need to take a few items off your list. Self-care is really important. You don't want to overextend yourself and get exhausted.

The best way to manage time efficiently is to determine a method that works best for you. Some students find that a planner works best for them. However, some students need an online program such as Trello, Asana or Wunderlist to manage time wisely. All three of these programs can be used online, phone and tablet. Explore your options to organize yourself and use the best one for you. timemanagement productivity
