Karissa’s Answer

Take as many AP classes as possible. Especially math and science. Unless you are doing this any advice is not helping you. Trauma surgeons are students who graduate at the top of their class. These students take AP classes in high school.

Marti’s Answer

The things I did to achieve the place I'm in now include finishing High School, graduating in 4 years from a local University, worked full-time during college to pay for school, attended the job fairs held at the university, remaining flexible to opportunities in various industries and businesses which lead to accepting a great job with a technology company that paid for my MBA and certifications which with a lot of hard work and perseverance resulted in a long and happy career that has allowed me a privileged life.

Marti recommends the following next steps:

Graduate from high school with the best grades possible
Attain a Bachelor of Science Degree
Attain work experience and funding for education
Attain higher education degrees and certifications required for your area of specialty
Continue learning throughout your life
