Hello John,
I frequently refer to white papers released by the top five Management Consultancies. These papers provide insights, projections, or define the current state of a business topic that piques my interest. Moreover, I've discovered that mastering certain Chat GPT prompts can be quite beneficial. These prompts enable the system to source a variety of well-referenced resources for me. I can then instruct it to condense these resources into a concise report, which I can swiftly peruse.

I want to echo a few answers and suggest LinkedIn. Find groups related to your business interests and that are active.
When I say active I mean, people are posting and interacting with each other regularly. Just because a group has a lot of members doesn't make it useful. Level of activity is more important and will be better for learning.
If you can afford LinkedIn learning it's a GREAT resource.
