" With having career, I fear that I might need some assistance with seeking different opportunities with the career that I want to pursue."
FIRST: Actually all of us need some assistance when seeking different opportunities. This is the natural thing you do not start your career and stick to what you already know. Everything around you will develop new careers and specialities will appear and disappear. As long as you are in the market, whatever your career is, you will find new opportunities and need assistance to keep up-to-date.
Are you afraid to choose the wrong career bath? It's OK. You are not the First. just think of it as a journey to identify yourself and gain new skills. Sometimes you can combine several careers together and be an added value and sometimes you can make transferable skills. in general YOU MUST get lost to discover yourself, just like the mystery games we play in our phones.
SECOND: Ask yourself, why are you afraid to ask for help? I think this is the real question here. Are you afraid of the unknown, uncontrolled, uncomfortable situation you might be in? That is the real life nothing guaranteed. Just embrace it with love, faith and mentorin.
Are you afraid of the fear itself? The fact that you feel afraid? That is hard and I can relate. Accept the feeling and process it.

Daniel’s Answer

Ultimately, i think there isn't anyone who can really pick your career for you. There are plenty of sites and facts you can read up on that can paint a picture of what certain careers entail, what you need to do to earn a role in said career, how much you would make, the upward trajectory etc, however none of that really touches on one of the main aspects of a career which is do you enjoy doing it. Almost everyone i know went into college, and sometimes even their sophomore year of college, with no idea what they wanted to do as their "career" or even their major. The way they ended up deciding was by taking a number of different courses, doing internships or externships or summer jobs until they finally found something that peaked their interest and that they felt they were good at. There is no rush to make a final decision, and even if you need to pick a major by a certain year in college, there is still plenty of time to chose your actual career path within that major.

Do not rush or feel pressured, ultimately its your life and your decision.
