Hi Brandon🖐
I'm also learning English now 🤗
I can advise you from my own experience:
•the most important thing is motivation, it will allow you not to give up what you started;
•first you need to determine exactly why you need English: to pass tests, you need to focus on grammar, when moving abroad you need spoken language;
•to learn a language in a year, it is enough to spend 2-3 hours a day studying;
•it is important to understand whether you can •study on your own; if not, it is better to enroll in courses;
•at the initial stages it is useful to watch films with subtitles, even if it is difficult to make out the words among the stream of sounds, over time this will pass and the ways of constructing statements will be fixed in memory;
•don’t be ashamed of your mistakes: the more you practice, the better the result will be.
