Kim’s Answer

When it comes to choosing the best college, it really depends on your individual goals and interests. If you're looking for a traditional 4-year college experience with a wide range of academic programs and extracurricular activities, universities like Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and Princeton are often considered top choices.

On the other hand, community colleges can be a great option for those seeking a more cost-effective way to start their higher education journey. Community colleges offer associate degrees and certificate programs, and many students choose to transfer to a 4-year college after completing their general education requirements.

Trade schools, also known as vocational or technical schools, focus on providing specialized training for specific careers. These schools can be a fantastic choice if you have a particular trade or skill you want to develop, such as culinary arts, automotive technology, or cosmetology.

Ultimately, the best college for you will depend on your personal goals, interests, and financial considerations. It's important to research and visit different institutions, talk to current students, and consider what aligns best with your aspirations.

Rian’s Answer

Hi Lily,
I would say there is no best college but only a good college that fits for you. If being close to home is important for you than I'd focus on finding a college that is close to home. I would also look into what sort of career path you want to take and how your university can help support you towards that path. As awlays, tuition is always a big factor to keep in mind so it's important to do research and understand if you need to take out loans or not.
