I believe the fastest way to develop is to get a good mentor. People who know more than you and are more experienced will save you a lot of time and effort when developing new skills. If you are the dumbest person in a room, you found the right room.
I think a useful and often underrated exercise is to spend some time introspecting. What areas of your life do you want to develop, and for what purpose? The better you know yourself and why you want to develop, the easier it will be to stay consistent. That is the key in my opinion - consistency. You are what you do repeatedly. If you want to be good at building relationships with people, go out and meet people, practice talking to them, and get comfortable in that setting. The more you do it, the more natural it will feel, and the more you will develop as a relationship builder.

Hi, start building your network through engaging/participating with different professional groups (LinkedIn, conferences, think tanks etc). Self-evaluation and self reflection on your strengths and passions. Intellectual curiosity, confidence, don't be scared of a failure or a rejection. these are often necessary to grow.
