There are 3 components to a healthy lifestyle:
Physical exercise
Good nutrition
Mental health
How all of the above work for you depends on your personality, lifestyle and current state of health.
Very basic steps to follow are:
Walk or jog 30 - 60 minutes for a minimum of 3 days a week.
Eliminate alcohol, recreational drugs and nicotine.
Clean up your daily nutrition.
Meditate and/or explore spiritual recovery.
All of the above have organizations that offer free assistance for support and guidance.
Good luck!

To maintain good health, it is essential to prioritize a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Regular physical activity, such as exercise or sports, is crucial for overall fitness and well-being. Drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep, and managing stress through relaxation techniques or mindfulness can also contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Avoiding harmful substances like tobacco, excessive alcohol, and drugs is important to protect your health. Regular check-ups with healthcare providers for screenings and vaccinations, as well as practicing good hygiene habits, will help you stay healthy and prevent illnesses.

Hello!
Keeping yourself healthy can look different in multiple ways!
Eating foods that are nutritious to help provide energy, fuel the body and align with your health goals is the first step. You want to have a balanced diet of proteins fruits, vegetables, dairy. Eating certain foods in moderation is also important to remember as you don't want to consume a cheeseburger from McDonalds every day.
Giving yourself a routine daily can also help meet your personal health goals. Waking up the same time daily and having a self care routine can help you feel fresh.
Limiting or avoiding drinking and smoking can help maintain your health!
Exercising 30 minutes a day whether its a walk, run or following a workout routing you enjoy is healthy and will keep your heart and mind healthy as well!

Mind, keeping yourself healthy is the best investment you can make. Those around you deserve you at your best at all times.
How to do this?
Drink water, avoid alcohol. It’s shocking how much good a gallon of water a day does. Your skin looks better, your organs function better, you perform better. Conversely, alcohol destroys alot of that. Limit it.
Eat good food. That doesn’t mean good pizza and BBQ. That means real food, not processed. Vegetables and fruit. Limit sugar.
Be active. Start with 10,000 steps a day. This is virtually free. This is only a start. You add to this but this is a base line.
Read. The mind is a muscle. Don’t ignore it. Exercise it. You could just read online but sometimes a good book is important.
Be positive. Negative thoughts age the body and mind. Be positive. Look for the good in situations. There is normally always good. Every once in a while, you just have to find it. Trust me, you can find it. It just takes some looking.
It’s not always easy. But it’s always worth it. Keep working towards it!

You've posed a wide-ranging yet solvable query. There are numerous steps to achieve this. It all starts with nourishing your body right, keeping an eye on your weight, and staying active. Ensuring you get ample rest is also key, as is reducing stress and limiting alcohol intake. Keeping current with your vaccinations is vital, as is finding hobbies you love outside of school. Embrace a positive mindset and, crucially, don't forget your regular health check-ups. Other considerations may vary based on factors like your age, family health history, and living conditions. While there are many aspects to consider, a bit of common sense can make a world of difference. Keep going, you're on the right track!

Discover a self-care routine that resonates with you, such as painting, practicing yoga, or meditating. Engage in it consistently, but remember not to overdo it. For instance, I practice qigong, a discipline similar to tai chi. My instructor once warned me that if I'm spending around 3 hours daily on it, then I'm not just practicing; I'm using it as a diversion from my issues.
Always remember, even moderation should be practiced in moderation.
