Being successful isn't always about winning or being able to do something. It is what the decisions and path you follow to do it. For example, it doesn't matter if you win the championship game but what matters is how you are able to commit to practices and focus on the spots you need help on. This goes for everything in life. The final outcome might not be what you want but as long as you make the right decisions to get there; that is being successful.

Hello Alex,
The initial stride towards personal growth is to recognize and accept that there's always room for improvement. It's about understanding your desires, your goals in life, and identifying the necessary steps to achieve them. However, it's crucial to remember that improvement doesn't follow a straight path. It's a journey filled with ups and downs, triumphs and failures. Each experience, good or bad, offers a valuable lesson. So, put in your best effort, embrace every situation as an opportunity to learn and grow. Over time, you'll see yourself evolve into a better version of you!

Whatever you want to improve, you have to practice, practice and then practice more. Today it is easy to get distracted by everything; you have to decide what it is you want to do, and then focus on that only. You could commit, for example, to 1 hour a day to spend on that activity. Even when it feels like you are not making progress, just keep doing it, and you will eventually see improvement!
