Usually, the university leaves applications open for a long period of time. Additionally, they usually give an estimated period of time they will provide decisions. As the previous answer said, 2-6 months is reasonable. Depending on if you apply early or closer to the application deadline, you may wait more or less time. Depending on the college it can take 4-12 weeks. Some colleges announce acceptance between December and February. Check with your contact/advisor at the college or call the main number and ask to talk to someone to get a more specific answer from the school you hope to attend. Best of luck to you!
