Hello, Sophie !
It is wonderful that you are making videos for You Tube and creating a channel for them. Although I do not know much about tablets, I would like to provide some suggestions about it. Content creation is definitely something that will always be useful for you in whichever career you may choose later on and you will advance in skill as time goes on.
It is said that you can edit videos on any brand of tablet and you should check to see if your tablet came with Gallery because you can use that to do minor editing like trimming, cutting and rearranging clips. But it does depend on what you have on your tablet, like the operating system and if it has video editing software and specifics about your tablet. When requesting help for this, you should include what operating system is on your tablet and maybe information about the brand and model would be useful.
Explore your tablet to see what software it came with. If you have already gone to your computer teacher at your school about this and need more help, I would suggest going to one of the computer shops in your town and asking one of the staff there. I have left a link with a list for you of some computer shops you can visit and bring your tablet with you if you visit. Most computer staff are happy to help someone who wants to learn.
You should next try your local community Library. There still may be free computer instruction offered at some Libraries. You can ask staff there if they know of any specific free classes, workshops or training for your age group, specifically for video editing on a tablet.
So there may be ways where you can get hands on instruction for this as the person can see your tablet and help you discover if there is already a video editing software on there. If you think you need this type of software, there are two free ones that you can download for tablet. They are iMovie and Vizmato. Search for them online to see if they can be used for tablet. Also do a search for some free editing apps that are pertinent to your particular tablet.
This is a very worthwhile venture because creating video content is a skill that will carry you far and add greatly in any future career that you aspire to. I hope that this was some basic help and I wish you all the best !

Hi Sophie!
You will be surprised by the multiple powerfull tools available for both Android and IOS. For example please take a look at the links below:
https://edition.cnn.com/cnn-underscored/reviews/best-video-editing-apps?sp_amp_linker=1*1ode6m*amp_id*ZGV2THFrNlVrNTJPUGRGT2dnZUE1SkNuc1d2V2FPTnFkdzBuMEc3S3RHSEJwaGNvcUt2XzhHaUJodmFXc1hJbg..
https://www.cyberlink.com/blog/app-video-editing/97/free-video-editing-app-ios-android
When you find an app that seems to be a fit for you, go to YouTube and type its name followed by the word 'tutorial.' You will likely find some useful videos that will give you a better understanding of the app, even before you download it. Also, please check the comments below the relevant tutorials, as viewers often raise useful points.
Best of luck!
Regards,
Nikolas
