Michael’s Answer

Hey, great question! To be a good leader for your fam and society, you gotta be real and lead by example. Show respect, listen more than you talk, and always be there to support and uplift others. Keep learning, stay humble, and don't be afraid to admit when you're wrong. It's all about empathy, understanding, and staying true to your values. You got this! 💪

Hmmm, this is a thought provoking question. Even our "leaders" try to answer this one. It's, really a personal opinion question. So, here is my opinion...
Acknowledged people, look them in the eyes when you speak to them, LISTEN to what they are saying and respond to them, make every person feel they have your attention, say thank you, shake hands, be polite and have manners.

Hope’s Answer

This is such a great question that many leaders are still trying to figure out today. It seems unfair sometimes that there are some people that this just comes naturally to, while others have to work very hard at this. You definitely need to think about what you really want to get out of this and what type of leader you want to be known for. The answer isn't always following a straight line. The things I think about most when it comes to leadership are:
Be an active listener.
Be authentic.
Engage your entire team in the conversation.
Looks for ways to help your team, not just manage them.
Be vulnerable. Don't be afraid to open up and share your experiences.
Trust your team to get the job done.
Be open about communication. Make sure the door really is always open.
Never stop learning and developing yourself.

Esteban’s Answer

Fantastic query! Effective leaders possess a variety of traits, and there's no one-size-fits-all recipe for leadership success. Leadership entails the capacity to articulate thoughts clearly, make choices, and motivate others. More often than not, effective leaders can create a vision for a team and steer them towards accomplishing their objectives.

A solid starting point would be to focus on sharpening:
1- Skills in Empathy
2- Skills in Communication
3- Skills in Active Listening

Leadership, that's a big one and has a domino effect in many directions both positive and negative. When one is task to be the leader ether by vote or dominance this role should not be undertaken without seriously concerning all aspects of the position. To be a good effective leader you must possess a number of traits like, an excellent communicator with a large vocabulary and impeccable negotiating skills if you are to convince the masses to follow you. Fairness is one of the necessary tool as well and you will set the tone in a good direction if you rely on fairness as a balance. In you lifetime you may be ask or chooses to be leader of any number of things from a school bake sale to a infulancal political branch of government or large corporation or Hospital the list is endless. Knowledge is power most of all a good leader is a constant seeker of truth and a wealth of knowledge without such leads to unresolved issues and negative attitudes then nothing positive is getting done. I always think how would I want to be treated if I were on the other side an then try to make fair and thoughtful decisions. Good advise in any situation. Good luck future Fair Decision Maker or better known as Leader.

James Constantine’s Answer

Hello Sharon!

Give people gifts to show you care about their welfare. Many people worry a lot about their loved ones. Instead of worrying, do things to help people to make their existence more pleasant, reassuring, and secure. Volunteer. Work hard.

If you are a good leader? You will set an example. You will have good intentions, and not upset the apple cart with political conflicts, venom, and wars. You will feed the starving, house the homeless, and give medical attention to those who need it.

Will people remark positively about your life when it is over? How did you make their lives better? Are you altruistic in your motives? What legacy will you leave behind for our descendants? A better world with less starvation and wars?

God Bless You,
JC.
