- **Evening**: Dedicate this time for recovery and personal activities. It's crucial to unwind and recharge for the next day.

Here's how you can prepare:

Esteban’s Answer

1. As a Design Strategist, my daily routine is filled with exciting activities. I participate in team meetings to keep up with our ongoing projects. I also have brainstorming sessions with my immediate team to tackle any challenges that we might be facing. Additionally, I engage in conversations with other leaders in our organization to ensure we're all on the same page. But the most exciting part of my job is planning for the future, figuring out what the next week and month will bring!

2. So, what prepares me for this job? It's the multitude of projects where I've had the opportunity to team up with people from various fields, like copywriters, CEOs, other strategists, and developers. And of course, having mentors throughout my career has been invaluable.

3. And when it comes to advancement, there's a world of opportunities!

Wilvind’s Answer

As a nurse, everyday teaches you a different thing but it is all about the attitudes. Attitudes towards helping others. It starts with the report about your patients and you go with the flow of the day otherwise, you'll get burned ;) The school prepares you with these but from my experience, you'll learn more on the job. School is important to gain entry to this world but it is only a start. There's plenty of professional development and advancement but experience plays a major role. CEs (Continuing Education) are also important especially at renewals but it is always up to you to make it on this profession :)
