What is the positive goal you hope will happen more regularly in the future?
Within each individual, in your honest opinion, what is something that you are proud to see from newcomers that are eager to learn more in depth with knowledge that the career you are currently in and how would you encourage to see it more often as it would improve todays working society?

I think for me, the goal would be for everyone to attain the highest educational and technical training level possible in their careers.
Many people, when they get their bachelors, they never set foot in another classroom. They never get more education, never get more technical training, and fail to develop as employees and professionals.
New technology is being upgraded and developed in the workplace, and people who fail to get more education and technical skills are in danger of being left behind.
Employers, should support these programs, and assist with training costs. Many do not, and sometimes these costs and the responsibility of attaining these goals, fall upon the employees themselves.

When it comes to bringing new members into our team, I don't just focus on their specific job-related skills. One positive goal I hope to see more regularly in the future is the widespread adoption of sustainable and eco-friendly practices. This includes everything from renewable energy sources and reducing plastic waste to promoting conservation efforts and sustainable agriculture.
