I tend to turn to YouTube for fun technical things rather than specifically motivation, but if you're looking for motivational and inspiring speakers, TED talks tend to be a good place.

Someone who spends a lot of time optimizing his "system" for trying to stay productive, and talks about his methods on YouTube and podcasts is CGP Grey - also a great presenter of random interesting things.

I notice you tagged "engineer" however, and that's more the sort of people I watch, and sometimes can be a source of motivation or inspiration for me. In terms of a healthy mindset for learning, Smarter Every Day would be my top pick, but there's a huge variety of engineers, makers, science communicators and the like who can be quite good - I'm probably subscribed to at least 50 different channels in that sort of domain - people like Mark Rober, Colin Furze etc etc

Hi Ava!

It seems like the AI is having a bit of difficulty understanding your query. However, I believe I've found what you're seeking at this link:

Remember, you can also utilize YouTube Studio to share your own content and thoughts. Here's my YouTube Studio channel for reference:
https://www.youtube.com/@JAMES_CONSTANTINE_FRANGOS

On this channel, I share videos demonstrating the features of my nutrition education software, its functions, and how it can benefit people. What's my motivation? Early in my life, I witnessed my Greek family members struggle with diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease - all conditions that can be managed with dietary changes.

Unfortunately, I didn't become a dietitian in time to help my family. But as a Christian, I find solace in the belief that I'll see them again.

Stay blessed!
JC.

Love this question! I am a huge fan of these types of motivation. I am a huge person on quotes and pep talks and motivation. Glad to see I am not alone. Two videos on YouTube that I watch a couple times a year every year are Pouring Happiness by Ryan Estis and the commencement speech by ADM William McRaven for the 2014 UT Graduation.

Any time I can share and recommend videos, these are my go to videos. Now I would like to make a small suggestion. I found for me that youtube and tedtalks are great but were not always in front of me. What I mean is that I needed to be intentional about finding time to get this on my schedule. It was easier if the motivation found me. Instagram did that for me.

On instagram I followed the following: mindset.critic, themountaintosuccess, motivated.mindset, peptalkmotivation, elevatestart, and motivmastery. These have helped me. I found that when its quick and in front of me it had a better and longer lasting impact.

I would be on my way to work and pull up instagram and see a quote that would stick with me for that day. At the end of the day, it would replay in my mind and I would make it an effort to make it a habit. For example, not to long ago I saw "how you treat others is the reflection of how to see you." And that one hit home. You cannot treat others based on an emotional reaction to an isolated situation. With that said, we all deserve respect and patience. If you lose that, you have lost the conversation.

Give this a try and hopefully it helps. Its quick, easy, and more than likely will stick. Best of luck.

I recommend you do 10 minutes of meditation every day. Mornings best but anytime during the day is fine. Meditation over time does have positive, even measurable, affects in the brain. Helps focus and ground you and calm yourself. Created discipline. It takes time to get comfortable doing it so stick with it for a month before you make a decision to continue. Try meditating to 528 hz sounds. This frequency helps creatively, imagination, intuition and reduce stress.
