I don’t know if a college or the NFL would hire a 14 year old to be their scout. Play football like your doing and stay in school. You could make videos of high school players and send them to colleges. You could also be active in social media (the football world). I hope you achieve your goals one day but right now I think getting good grades and playing football is all you have to worry about.

First thing I would do is head to your high schools athletic directors office and ask to speak with the head football coach. When meeting with the football coach tell him why and how you became passionate about football. Then ask if you can assist the varsity team in any capacity. This will be your start to becoming a football scout one day.
