I, too, like videogames, youtube, and the computer. No experience with dirt bikes, sorry!
You can enjoy all of the above as hobbies while having essentially any career, but if you are serious about also making your hobbies your life work, you could consider game design, development, and software development roles.
One piece of advice - pursuing something that you love as a hobby or as a passion can change into something you hate if you have to do it in order to make a living, along with all of those stresses that come with making something be the means by which you make a living.
So, it may be best to leave hobbies as hobbies, but it's up to you.

Adam if you like video games and Youtube you could become a content creator. All you need is a phone and some motivation. You can also find many free video editors (for basic features) such as DaVinci Resolve. YouTube has many free videos on using these. If content creator is not your preference then you can still help others with their channels. I read the YouTube Formula, a book at my local library. This book was written by one of Mr. Beast's team and has great tips and insight.
If you like computers and software you could join Salesforce Trailhead and take free online training there. Salesforce and partners pay very well. Search for your interests and see if any "trails" come up which you like. Salesforce just announced a free AI training and certification initiative.

Adam, good question. Glad you listed some hobbies. Let me ask, what is it about riding dirt bikes you enjoy? Riding the trails you want? Jumping the mounds you like? Relaxing with a group of friends and racing each other? Now for just a minute take away the choices you have in the manner and think about having every jump and every corner criticized. How much fun would that still be?
My point being, sometimes hobbies are best to keep hobbies. Don’t get me wrong you can most certainly make money riding dirt bikes I’m just afraid that the joy you currently have may fade when your choices are taken away!
Instead, find something you can do that will pay for your hobbies. This way you can enjoy what you love but also keep them in your own hands. Not someone else’s.
Let me give you a couple examples… I love working out. I love being in the gym. So I became a personal trainer, well I started not liking the gym so much. People would complain, not show up to sessions. When I work out, I couldn’t do it without people interrupting my workouts. I also enjoy BBQing, but when I do it I explore with different flavors and seasonings. You can’t really do working in a smokepit. People come back because it always tastes the same.
That’s my two cents. Keep hobbies that, hobbies. You can enjoy them for life. Find a job you can make a career.

Why don't you work for a game developing company like Unity or Ubisoft or something else. If that doesn't work out, try messing around with things like unity, unreal, watch tutorials, gameplay videos, and more.
The goal in life is to have fun and survive, you can do that really easily when you explore your passions on the web. Find internships, make connections, and then make use of them by becoming a game developer in your own right.

Video Game Development for "Action" games including Dirt Bikes could feed two of your interests. Maybe all 3... Keeping in mind you don't have to a coder. There's testing, voice over, of even the concept for the game itself!
