Hi Mir! Thanks for sharing your YouTube channel, I checked out a few videos before responding here. It seems like you have an engaging personality and great energy, especially around your school. Capitalize on that!
Here are a few ideas I had to potentially help you continue growing your channel:
1) Consistency. I know you mentioned this in your 6 month video to yourself. Producing consistent content will continue to keep your channel relevant in the YouTube algorithm and provides your subscribers with more content to engage with. Consider making an content calendar including your video ideas, when to film them, and ultimately when to upload them. This will help you stay accountable to yourself and stay organized towards your goal.
2) Quality. Strive for high quality content to the best of your ability, using the equipment you have available to you. Quality doesn't equate to money spent on equipment, but can be something as simple as making sure your camera is clean before filiming (as an example, if you're using your phone, use the back camera instead of the front camera), proximity to the microphone so the audio is clearer to the listener, and making sure your lighting is set up for clear video (keeping the lighting behind the camera and on you).
3) Find your niche. It was cool to see the variety of videos that you had on your channel. Many successful channels have been able to pinpoint the type of content they are great at producing, and what their audience enjoys consuming the most. It may be helpful to pay attention to what type of videos perform better (example: are more people watching/commenting on your vlogs than your 2k videos?). This information will be helpful in deciding what videos you should make more of, and what your audience wants to see from you most.
Wishing you the best of luck on your YouTube journey!

Blowing up on YouTube takes a combination of strategy, creativity, and consistency. Here are some key tips to help you grow your channel:
Create High-Quality Content: Focus on making videos that are engaging, informative, or entertaining. High-quality content is more likely to be shared and recommended.
Optimize Your Videos for SEO: Use relevant keywords in your titles, descriptions, and tags to help your videos rank higher in search results. Tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ can help with this.
Eye-Catching Thumbnails: Design custom thumbnails that stand out. Use bright colors, clear images, and text to grab viewers’ attention.
Engage with Your Audience: Respond to comments, ask for feedback, and create a community around your channel. Engaging with your audience can increase loyalty and encourage more views.
Promote Your Channel: Share your videos on social media, collaborate with other YouTubers, and participate in online communities related to your niche.
Consistency is Key: Upload videos regularly and stick to a schedule. Consistency helps keep your audience engaged and coming back for more.
Use Playlists and End Screens: Create playlists to keep viewers watching multiple videos in a row, and use end screens to promote other videos on your channel.
Analyze and Adapt: Use YouTube Analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t. Adjust your content strategy based on the data to improve your performance.
