Hello Mohamed,
At times, life can seem like a mountain too steep to climb, and decisions become daunting tasks. It's in these moments that I often feel like I'm losing my grip on control. This could be because of a stressful work environment where I feel swamped with responsibilities, or simply because life is moving at a pace that leaves me gasping for breath.
In such moments, I find solace in focusing on one thing within my power. It could be something as simple as deciding what to have for dinner. This decision then becomes the foundation of my game plan. If I decide to cook, I start formulating a grocery list, set a target time for my meal, and then work backwards from there. If dinner is at 7pm, I know I need to be at the grocery store by 5pm, start cooking by 6pm, and be ready to eat by 7pm. This simple act of planning restores a sense of control and shows me that by breaking tasks into manageable chunks, I can accomplish what I need to.
Life is a series of choices, and when they pile up or you don't know where to start, it can feel overwhelming. But it's crucial to remember that choosing to do nothing will likely leave you in the same spot tomorrow. If you're comfortable with that, then taking a breather is perfectly fine. However, if you're seeking change, even the smallest action (like washing those dishes in the sink) can bring you a step closer to it.
Remember, there's no perfect starting point to organize your life, which means you can begin anywhere! If you're anything like me, always leaving some form of clutter in your car, why not start by intentionally removing items that don't belong there today? The more you start doing things outside your usual routine, the more you'll notice small changes. These can serve as a catalyst, motivating you to take on bigger challenges.

Hello, Mohamed!
Fortunately, there's a multitude of minor tasks that you can undertake to start structuring your daily routines, which will eventually lead to a more orderly life. My initial recommendation is to invest in a planner and begin noting down deadlines. I personally utilize my planner as a daily checklist, ensuring all my tasks are consolidated in one place.
Additionally, consider acquiring differently colored folders or notebooks for each of your school subjects. However, bear in mind that this is entirely subject to the requirements of your teachers for their respective classes. This step goes beyond mere folder acquisition. It involves taking a few extra moments to correctly file the appropriate papers in their designated places. Over time, this habit will accumulate and significantly assist you in the long term.
This habit can also be incorporated into your domestic life. Establish and adhere to routines when you start your day and prepare for bed at night. It will require determination and regularity, but initiating these practices will pave the way for your success!
