2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest.

4. Attend information session hosts by accounting department of colleges and find out the entry criteria
5. Work hard on.yiur academic to meet the criteria
6. Explore any intern opportunities in large accounting firms

My advice is to go work for the type of business you are interested in creating. Your idea may be unique so I would get something as close to it as possible. Your mission is to observe how the business is ran. Observe how the employees are trained and behave. Observe how processes are created and monitored. Observe how leadership leads. Observe as much as you can. Think of questions that you may have in terms of running your own business and see if you can find the answers by observing the business you work for or by conducting interviews with key people in the business. I find that a lot of people who want to start and run a business look at it from the "glorified, I am in control" perspective and that they do not really understand what it really takes. So, roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches, then plot your own entrance when you think you are well informed and ready! I hope this advice from my personal perspective helps!
