Methods you can use to improve your struggles with procrastination and scheduling:
For procrastination:
-set clear specific goals and deadlines for each task
-break larger tasks into smaller ones so they can be manageable and can reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed
-minimize distractions by turning off notifications and having a quiet workspace to get things done
-reward yourself for completing tasks
For scheduling issues:
-prioritize tasks by focusing on the most critical and important tasks first
-create a daily or weekly routine to provide structure and consistency
-using a calendar or planner, you should keep track of your deadlines and tasks as well as the specific times you will allocate for each task
-review your schedule often and continue to make adjustments to it when needed
Overall, you need to change your mindset to be motivated to take accountability for yourself, and staying positive while visualizing your future success. I hope this helps you to improve on those issues!

Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool, eg Google Calendar, MS Outlook, phone calendar, etc.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time every day on your assignment, projects, etc. Review the material covered in the class of the day. If you have any questions, ask the teacher on next school day.
3. Make sure you have enough to sleep and do some exercise.
4. You can allocate some time for your leisure and friends & family gathering
5. You may need to assign more time for revision before assessment or exam
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
