Marc, you could consider pursuing a finance degree with an emphasis in real estate development. While the day-to-day design aspects of real estate ventures are handled by architects and engineers, the developers can work closely with them and be an integral part of the design process. In fact, the initial vision that is communicated to an architect needs to come from the real estate development team and that vision is strengthened when their finance prowess is accompanied by a strong sense of design. All the best with your career!

Hi there! One area you could focus on is designing reporting dashboards that highlight a company's financials each month. How can you visually show trends in the data with graphs, charts, and tables that can easily get dropped into a PowerPoint slide update for executive or marketing teams? Finance data is only useful if you can cleary consume and understand the trends within it. Your design skills would really payoff in this space. Good luck!
Research different reporting dashboard tools out there.
