Congratulations on finishing your degree.

Where do you intend to study for your master's degree? Once you have an idea of where contact the institution to inquire about services for students. If you plan to study internationally inquire about the International Students Office. In the United States, you can find information https://www.usa.gov/international-student, and the UK - https://study-uk.britishcouncil.org/. If you plan to attend a university where English is used in instruction, you may want to take the TOEFL exam - https://www.ets.org/toefl.html. In general, no matter where you go to study, find out what entrance exams are required.

Steps: Identify the school, gather information about entrance exams, and gather information about student VISAs. etc.
If the institution in which you are interested has an office to aid new graduate students, contact that office.

I hope this helps a little.
