Finding a great fit, and potential career path can be a bit scary and daunting but definitely not impossible. It's a great start to even ask this question! When I work with my clients who are unsure of their career path, I start with a few discovery questions such as:

  • Do you have any friends with cool jobs who you envy?
  • What makes you different than others?
  • Which companies do you think would be fun to work for?

Also, you can take a free personality test like 16personalities.com where they will give you a high-level overview of certain careers that may work for you, based on your responses.
