Numerous free resources are available, so your main investment will be your time and dedication. If a certification is needed to validate your learning, don't hesitate to invest in it.

Next, seek out projects where you can collaborate with colleagues who are proficient in this skill. Ask questions, seek guidance, experiment, and be open to feedback. Essentially, showcase your growth to build trust with others. Once you've achieved a certain level of proficiency (not necessarily expertise), try teaching others. The adage "Once taught is twice learnt" rings true, and this will allow you to demonstrate your expertise.
