What is the process of becoming a Dermatologist?

I am currently in high school and I am very interested in becoming a dermatologist (specifically in Dubai, Sydney, or Melbourne) How long is the process of becoming a dermatologist and what subjects are important for me to take in IB. What universities would you recommend for each stage?

What is the difference between Thoracic and Vascular Surgery in relation to Cardiology??

I would like to be a cardiac surgeon and through my research, I have learnt about both cardiothoracic surgery as well as cardiovascular surgery but I can't find a clear distinction between the two,especially the differences and similarities .
